All purchased keys are non-refundable, even if the customer did not enjoy the game content, changes their mind after purchase, or does not activate the key.

Digital Products (Steam Keys) – Non-Refundable
All digital products, including Steam keys, are non-refundable once delivered.
This includes, but is not limited to:

The customer did not enjoy the content of the game.

The customer changed their mind after purchase.

The key was not activated or already owned.

The key was shared, lost, or used by someone else.
All purchased keys are final and non-refundable, even if the customer did not enjoy the game content, changes their mind after purchase, or does not activate the key.
Why?
Steam keys are digital, one-time-use items. Once delivered, they cannot be reused, returned, or resold, which makes refunds impossible.
Physical Products (e.g. Gaming Setups, Merchandise)
Physical items can be refunded or replaced only in the following situations:

The product was damaged during shipping.

You provide clear photo/video evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

The issue is reasonable and verifiable.
We reserve the right to assess the evidence and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.
